Lokaler traumatischer Kieferdefekt -Versorgung durch autologe Knochenaug mentation mit simultaner Implantation

Zusammenfassung:
Bei einem traumatischen Unterkieferdefekt wurde eine Augmentation mit autologem Knochen aus der Darmbeinschaufel vorgenommen, welcher primär mit dentalen Implantaten fixiert wurde. Nach einer halbjährlichen Einheilungsphase zeigte sich bei der Freilegung ein rekonturierter Alveolar-knochen, dessen Höhe sich auf das Implantatkopfniveau einstellte. Die periimplantären Hart-und Weichgewebe waren in der zweijährigen Recallphase nach implantatprothetischer Rehabilitation reizlos.
Summary:
A traumatic mandibular defect was treated with an autologous iliac crest bone graft and dental implants placed for primary fixation of the graft. Exposure of the implant after a 6-month-healing period showed recontouring of the alveolar bone to the level of the implant head. During a two-year follow-up period after prosthodontic rehabilitation the hard and soft tissues around the implant showed no signs of inflammation.
