Dreidimensionale spannungsoptische Untersuchungen der NM-Implantatgewindeform im Vergleich mit herkömmlichen Implantatgewinden

Zusammenfassung:
Im dreidimensionalen spannungsoptischen Modellversuch werden bei angepaßtem E-Modul zwischen Implantatkörper und umgebender Matrixmasse 4 Gewindeformen und die NM-Implantatgewindeform miteinander verglichen. Unter den Bewertungskriterien einer möglichst geringen Spannungseinleitung im Matrixaustrittsbereich und einer gleichmäßigen Spannungszunahme nach apikal hin schneidet sowohl im vertikalen wie auch im horizontalen Belastungsversuch das NM-Gewinde am günstigsten ab.
Summary:
In a three-dimensional photoelastic study 4 Standard thread shapes and the NM implant threads, with the modulus of elasticity of the surrounding matrix adapted, are compared with each other. Considering the criteria of having as little stress application as possible in the threaded matrix area and uniformly increasing stresses towards apical, the most favorable results both in the vertical and the horizontal load tests were achieved with the NM thread.
