V. Rasterelektronenmikroskopische und elektronenstrahlmikroanalytische Untersuchungen der Implantatumgebung und der Interfacereaktion*

Zusammenfassung:
Mit dem Elektronenstrahlmikroanalysator ist es möglich, topographische Beziehungen im Ultrastrukturbereich zwischen Implantat und Knochen (Rasterelektronenmikroskopie) zu verdeutlichen sowie Aussagen über die Mineralsalzkonzentration (Elektronenstrahlmikroanalyse) im Interface zu treffen. Die Punktanalysen ergaben im periim-plantären Knochen materialspezifische Unterschiede im Mineralisationsgrad.
Summary:
The use of an electron beam microanalyzer provides detailed information on the ultrastructure of the topographical relationships between implant and bone (SEM) and on the mineral salt concentrations (electron beam microanalysis) at the interface. The results of punctuated analyses showed material-specific differences in the degree of mineralization of the periimplant bone tissue.
