Technik und Erfahrungen mit der Sinuslift-OP und enossalen Implantaten*

Zusammenfassung:
Beim zahnlosen Patienten mit einer Atrophie im Bereich des Oberkieferseitenzahngebietes ohne Störung der intermaxillären Relation ist eine alleinige Sinuslift-Operation möglich. Mit Hilfe eines Abdruckes vom Kieferhöhlenboden wird ein freies, autologes Beckenkammtransplantat paßgenau zurechtgetrimmt und anschließend mittels Implantaten oder Minischrauben am Boden der Kieferhöhle fixiert. Anhand von 10 nachuntersuchten Patienten werden die operativen Ergebnisse diskutiert.
Summary:
In the edentulous patient with extreme maxillary atrophy and anteroposterior maxillary deficiency a Le Fort-I down-fracture with interposition of cancellous bone is indicated. This technique is very invasive and particulary stressful to the elderly patient. To avoid an unduely invasive procedure we modified this sinus lift operation. At first, a fenestration of the canine fossa is carried out. The antral mucosa is detached and cancellous bone is temporarily fixed with screws. Then the titanium implants (Bränemark) are installed in the maxillary sinus with cancellous bone. The bone of the canine fossa is repositioned. The operative technique is described and the results of 10 cases are discussed.
