Alveolarextensionsplastik bei gleich zeitiger Implantation*
Ein Erfahrungsbericht über 7 Jahre

Zusammenfassung:
Die Arbeit beschreibt den Verlauf und die Ergebnisse einer retrospektiven Studie über 81 Patienten, bei denen eine Kieferkammspreizung mit gleichzeitiger Implantation durchgeführt werden konnte. Mit dieser Technik wurden 100 Implantate eingesetzt. Sie verteilen sich auf 3 Implantatsysteme: Bonefit (n=8), Frialit-2 (n=32), Tübinger Implantate (n = 60). Der Einzelzahnersatz war mit 87 Implantaten die bevorzugte prothetische Indikation. Berücksichtigt wurden Implantate, die von 1986 bis Ende 1993 inseriert und bis zum Stichtag 20.10.1994 beobachtet wurden. Die längste Beobachtungsdauer betrug 7,1, die mittlere 2,7, die kürzeste 0,3 Jahre. Während dieser Zeit kam es zum Verlust von 19 Implantaten, 5 davon während der Einheilphase. Neben der operativen Technik werden die intra- und postoperativen Komplikationen und der Verlauf der Kontrollbefunde beschrieben. Die Ergebnisse und die möglichen Verlustursachen werden diskutiert.
Summary:
This study describes the course and results of a retrospective study of 81 patients. They received one or more dental implants after an alveolar bone splitting procedure. 100 implants were inserted using this technique. The systems were: Bonefit (n = 8), Frialit-2 (n=32), Tuebingen implant (n=60). Single tooth replacement was the most frequent prosthetic indication. The implants were inserted between 1986 and 1993, and followed-up until the 20th of October, 1994. The period of observation ranged from 0.3 to 7.1 (mean 2.7) years. 19 implants were lost, 5 of these during the first three months after insertion. This study describes the operative technique, intra- and postoperative complications as "well as the findings of the review appointments. The results and the possible causes of implant failure will be discussed.
